George Elias
George Elias graduated from Columbia University in New York in 1968. He attended graduate school at Columbia and was trained in Reality Therapy by William Glasser, M.D. He served as a counselor in various educational settings before moving into the business world, eventually owning and managing his own retail business with his wife, Pamela. About ten years ago he began his association with Bob Keteyian, initially focusing on family business issues, then expanding to the entire range of relational work with couples and families. He uses a direct and probative style that tends to get to the heart of the matter quickly.
He and Pamela have been married for thirty-five years and have two grown children.
George is a Registered Counselor in the State of Maine.

Bob Keteyian
Bob Keteyian graduated from Western Michigan University in 1971 and completed his Master of Education in Counseling Psychology at Antioch University in 1979. He has maintained a psychotherapy practice in Ellsworth for the past thirty years. He has done extensive research on communication modalities and has developed an extremely effective approach to relational work using a combination of educational and experiential approaches. Over the years he has come to specialize in work with families, helping parents with the complex task of communicating positively and compassionately with their children. Bob's style is kind and supportive. He maintains a comfortable but charged environment that makes change possible.

Bob is married and is a father, a stepfather, and a grandfather.
Bob is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the State of Maine and a National Certified Counselor.
